Definition and planning
At this stage, we estimate the scope of work within the project, collect all the information about the project, hold meetups (meetings) with a clients, and discuss the terms of cooperation.

Project development
At this stage we form a team of specialists, approve the implementation plan indicating the stages and the deadline for delivery.

Project closing
This stage implies active work on the project: the PM organizes the work of the team according to the planned delivery and communication plan, coordinates and regulates the work of specialists.

Maintenance and support
At the end of the work, we form the final delivery for the client's team, make sure that all agreed materials are included in it and conduct final retrospectives in order to get feedback on the work done.
